Colin Probst
Manager of Culinary Service

Colin started with Lebanon Country Club in March of 2015. He arrived here from Bent Creek Country Club, and along with an Associates Degree in Culinary Arts and Restaurant Management, Colin has 10+ years experience in the club and hospitality industry.

As long as he can remember, he says that he has been "playing with his food." He loves to craft his culinary skills and in his early years, worked for a local food truck and a butcher shop, which ultimately led to his discovery of German Made Knives. The personal joy Colin found in his those sharp knives and playing with fire to create amazing food is ultimately what led him to where he is today.

Along the way, he has learned so much with not only food but in his personal life. Colin married a lovely young lady, Courtney, in September 2015, which was also the same year he started with Country Club and says that was one of the best years of his life.

Colin is always finding ways to better himself, his craft, his culinary team and the club we share. He is looking forward to many great years here at the club and playing with food along the way.
